When purchasing any of our upholstered furniture we allow up to $40/yd included in the listed price of the furniture.

If you select fabric above $40/yd the up charge is only the difference above the $40 fabric price.

some examples are: The average dining chair cushion uses about 1/2yd of fabric and a couch cushion will take about 1.5 yds. of fabric dependant on the pattern size and repeat.
(these can cause significant difference in the amount of fabric needed when large patterns are used)
